Customer Service
Once an order is placed, an e-mail will be sent confirming receipt of your order within 48 hours. Please allow 2-3 days for baskets to be put together and shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. An e-mail will be sent once items have shipped. If you elected to pay with a credit card, you will not be charged until order items are shipped.
