Q: What is your guarantee policy?
A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition.  If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we’ll make it right!

Q: What is your discount policy?
A: We occasionally offer specials or discounts in our promotional literature.  You will need to enter that code when placing your order via our web site to take advantage of any special offer.

Q: Can I create a custom basket?
A: We would be delighted to create a custom basket for you.  Please contact us by phone (305) 587-4487 so we can discuss particulars and create a basket especially for you.

Q: If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
A: We enjoy preferred shipping rates with both Federal Express and UPS. Click here for information on our shipping policies.

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Almost anywhere.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO-FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.  We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska, but please add $20.00 to the listed shipping price.

Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Yes you can!  Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form.  Your basket will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q: Why do you need my recipient’s phone number?
A: Federal Express and UPS must have a recipients phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service.  We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available for your calls Monday – Friday: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm EST, Saturday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm EST.  You may place your order online at

Q: What forms of payment does Penny ‘N’ Pals Gift Baskets accept?
A: We accept MasterCard and Visa, money orders and personal checks.  Personal checks will have to be cleared before basket can be shipped.

Q: How long will the gourmet food items in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: Our suppliers vary, but each package will have a "Best Before" label for guidance.
